Day 01: Arrive Tashkent. Meeting and transfer to your hotel. Check-in time at the hotel is 3 p.m. Overnight
Day 02: AM Tashkent toFerghana – flight. PM sightseeing tour. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Fergana. On arrival transfer to yourhotel. Ferghana city is theadministrative centre of Ferghana Region and an important industrial centre ofUzbekistan. Tour of Ferghana city includes visit to the famous Yodgarlik Silkfactory. It is still the only one in Central Asia where original handmademethods of silk production have remained. Silk fabric manufactured here isconsidered as one of the best in Central Asia. Overnight
Day 03: Sightseeing ofFerghana. Continuation of Fergana tour includes visiting Rishton - a private potteryFactory. Since ancient times Rishton was famous for its ceramics. There aredeposits of red clay, natural minerals and abundance of mountainous vegetationthat is needed for painting process. Rishton artisans became well known fortheir technology of ceramic and pottery production. Overnight
Day 04: Ferghana toTashkent via Kokand. Sightseeing tour of Kokand. Morning departure for Tashkent. On route visit Kokand. Kokand is situated inthe western part of the Ferghana Valley. The Great Silk Road had played a majorrole in the development of the city. We will see the following monuments:Narbutabey Madrasah, Madari Khan Mausoleum, Dakhma-i-Shokhoon (Grave of theKings) and Khudoyar Khan Palace. Onarrival transfer to your hotel in Tashkent. Overnight
Day 05: AM Tashkentsightseeing tour. PM Tashkent/Bukhara – Flight. Tashkent is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia. It is the cosmopolitantown of free lined streets, shops, bridges and elegant parklands. AM visit tothe Museums of Applied Arts. One of the main attractions of the museum is thehouse itself, decorated in traditional 19th century Uzbek style. The collectionof the museum has on display items made by three generations of craftsmen andcovering the entire range of folk art, plus items of the arts industry. PMTransfer to the airport for the flight to Bukhara. On arrival transfer to yourhotel. Overnight
Day 06: Bukhara full daysightseeing tour. Bukhara preserved its treasures of architecture of the pre-Mongol period. Thusoften the City of Bukhara is considered as a Museum in itself. Full day toexplore the Gijduvan private pottery work shop and the Sitora-i-Mokhikhosa(Palace of Moon and Stars) which houses to see a rich collection of local embroideryof Suzanne. Overnight
Day 07: Bukhara toSamarkand – road transfer via Shakhrisiabz. Departure for Samarkand. En route visit Shakhrisiabz. It is a small green townto the south of Samarkand, lying across the hills in Kashka-Darya province.Shakhrisabz is the birthplace of great commander Amir Temur (Tamerlane) and itis also famous for beautiful Suzanne embroidery. You can see a variety of themin the local bazaars. On arrival transfer to your hotel in Samarkand. Overnight
Day 08: Samarkand full daysightseeing tour. Samarkand is twenty seven centuries old city with the most beautiful monumentsof finest architecture in the form of mosques, madrasahs and mausoleums. Our next places to visit are localbazaar, where you can buy ceramics and textiles. Also we will visit the CarpetFactory. It is situated in the old quarter of Samarkand and run by Turkmens.Factory was built in the beginning of the 20th century and was named Khudjum(attack), symbolizing new way of women’s life of Bolshevik regime. Now severalhundred girls make hand knotted very beautiful, natural silk and wool carpetsof famous "Bukhara" and other Eastern designs, using only naturaldyes. Overnight
Day 09: AM Samarkand toTashkent by road. Departure for Tashkent. Onarrival transfer to airport. Assistance on departure.
