DAY 1 POKHARA /NAYAPUL / TIRKHEDHUNGA (5173 ft.) 3-4 HRS. WALK
Your trek guide will meet you at your Hotel in Pokhara (after breakfast) or receive you at the airport. Drive from Pokhara to Naypul, which is about an hour and half drive. Naypul is a small trading town situated at the bank of Modi River.It is about an hour walk from this place to Bhurjung Khola, which passes via Birethanti, a larger village with many local inns and tea houses. Lunch will be taken here. After kunch it is a steep climb on stone paved path for almost a good hour and a half to Hille. From here the trail is easier all the way to Tirkhedhunga. Overnight lodge at Tirkhendhunga.
DAY 2 TIRKHEDHUNGA / GHOREPANI (9441 ft.) 6-7HRS. WALK
After an early breakfast, the trail descends and after crossing the Bhurundi Stream, asteep climb begins to reach Ulleri. It takes about 3 Hours fromTirkhedhunga to Ulleri.. From here one can have a very close view of Annapurna South and Machhapuchare - the Fishtail Mountain. Lunch will be served a little further at Naya Thanti. After Lunch the trail climbs steadily through a denser hododendron forest for about four hours to reach Ghorepani. Overnight in lodgeat Ghorepani.
DAY 3 GHOREPANI/TATOPANI (3900-ft) 7-8HRS. WALK
After breakfast, take an excursion to Poon Hill can be organised for those with a spirit of adventure. Poon Hill is the spot to view the majestic panorama of the Himalayas. A close up view of Dhalaugiri and the Annapurna Massif including Machhapuchare the sacred Mountain wait for you at Poon Hill. The hike to and back from Poon Hill is approximately 2 Hours. Then, we descend all day toTatopani passing through the Village of Chhetri 7700-ft, Shikha 6600-ft, and Ghasa. Have lunch below Ghasa. After crossing Ghar Khola and Kali Gandaki, trek along the western bank of Kali Gandaki river for about an hour to reach Tatopani. You will enjoy a good bath in the hot water spring here. Overnightstay lodge at Tatopani.
DAY 4 TATOPANI/ GHASA (6600-ft) 6-7HRS. WALK
Trek along the gorge of Kali Gandaki River crossing two bridges at points. At Dana 4800-ft, the police will check your permits. Lunch stop is suggested at Dana. After crossing a beautiful waterfall, you have to ascend to 9200-ft altitude and then descend to 6000-ft. Another hour walk along the bank of Kali Gandaki River and you will reach Ghasa Village. Overnight stay in the lodge at Ghasa.
DAY 5 GHASA/SIRKUNG (8300-ft) 6-7HRS. WALK
After two hours of pleasant trekking along the western bank of Kali Gandaki, cross Lete Khola by a wooden bridge and pass through Lete 7500-ft. and stop for lunch near a school. Walk through the lovely pine trees along the bank of Kalopani8000-ft and cross Depa. After walking for another 3 miles you will reach Sirkung. There is a small Buddhist temple and a few houses. Overnight stay inthe lodge at Sirkung.
DAY 6 SIRKUNG/ JOMSOM (8900 ft.) 7-8 HRS.WALK
After passing the village of Khanti 8500-ft and Tukhuche 8485-ft, you will reach Marpha 8760-ft for the lunch stop. Pass Syang 9000-ft and the Jomsom airstrip to reach the main Jomsom village on the eastern bank of Kali Gandaki River.There are Government Offices, Police and military post, a wireless station and a number of local shops. Overnight stay in the lodge at Jomsom.
DAY 7 Fly from JOMSOM to POKHARA.
Afterbreakfast, check-in at Jomsom airport to connect the flight to Pokhara. On arrival transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight at Hotel
